IMCRC showcases innovative manufacturing technologies

Manufacturers’ Monthly attended the recent IMCRC showcase where Verton showcased our SpinPod 7.5 technology. Our team had the opportunity to speak with MM and discuss the advancements we continue to make in lifting operations with remote-operated load orientation.

In their 28 November overview article of the event, our CEO Stan Thomson discussed how the IMCRC collaboration with Verton provided insights required to advance the project - ”…very early in the process of the project, we needed some really in-depth scientific research to actually validate the mathematical model because the physics of it is quite complicated.”

BDM of APAC, Marcio Casgranda discussed how working with IMCRC provided the flexibility required in fine-tuning and prioritising applicable industries, and growth potential within them.

“I think one of the biggest things that came out of the all the good experiences with IMCRC was its flexibility. When we started, we had five different streams to explore and assess what made the most sense. Quickly we realised that two or three of them didn’t make much sense or the return on investment will take too long, so we decided to focus our energy and resources in one or two streams.”
